We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, your return must reach our HQ within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Wanderdoll offers refunds subject to the following terms and conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and have no smell of scent. If you have ribbon attached to your garment this can NOT be removed and all original tags/ packaging must remain intact.
Please note the returns portal can take 3-5 working days delivery back to us, therefore please factor this in when registering your return via the portal. If your parcel is returned after the 14 day returns period, we would be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Whilst there is no initial fee when using our returns portal, there will be a deduction of £3.25 when your refund is processed. Please note that your refund will also be minus your original postage costs.
